• All fees paid for membership, premium services, or any other services are final and non-refundable, irrespective of usage or dissatisfaction with the service.
• We do not provide refunds, credits, or adjustments for any unused or partially used services or memberships.
• If you choose to cancel your membership or discontinue using the platform, no refunds will be issued for any remaining duration of the membership term.

Exception
We only offer refunds in cases where there has been an erroneous charge on our part, subject to review and approval. In such cases, please contact our customer support for assistance.
